Diane Whitebay, a graphic designer with over thirty years in the architecture and design industry, is equally adept at photography and at fabricating unique art objects.

A designer's eye informs every aspect of her work, which focuses on capturing colors, patterns, and textures in a diversity of environment, while evoking a personal world of memory and imagination. Drawing from sources ranging from digital images to her own photography, she creates unique boxes with delicate, dreamlike images captured in a layer of pigmented wax and accented jeweled highlights.

Fulled by an interest in form, color, and abstraction, Diane’s photography reveals an intriguing cross-section of the natural and constructed world.

Skilled in creating, directing, and executing environmental signage and print graphics, she has won industry awards from the Society for Environmental Graphic Design, Graphis Annual, and the American Institute of Graphic Arts.

Her work has been exhibited in New York City, Newark, Jersey City, Montclair, Atlantic City and Ocean City.
